Personal Safety Concepts - Self Defence Training

Our personal safety programs are an excellent alternative to the martial arts training environment where you can learn skills and strategies relevant to everyday situations. The courses are not based on combative martial art or military based strategies. Our philosophy is to enhance personal safety and reduce violence in the community.
